Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Screening processes include State of Illinois finger print background checks, review of Department of Motor Vehicle driving records, and completion of communicable disease tests through Lake County Health Department. Business and personal reference are contacted. Interviews are performed. We meet all the guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Public Health to provide the very best caregivers available.
Skills training is an ongoing process. Each person hired, regardless of experience, must undergo rigorous training annually to meet and exceed the guidelines established by the IL Department of Public Health.
We take the responsibility of your care seriously, and our workers represent that commitment. Most importantly, our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily compassionate toward others. We hire each person as though they would be caring for our own loved ones.
